    A mistake-proof, multi-use cream blush that melts into skin for a natural matte look. Its airy, ultra-thin oil-in-powder formula blends seamlessly into skin to add buildable color to cheeks and eyes.

    Neo Nude Melting Color Balm can be used on both cheeks and eyes for a wash of color. Its lightweight texture melts into skin to add a healthy skin tint and deliver buildable, seamless color with a natural matte finish. Layer to add intensity and create monochromatic or multi-dimensional looks for any occasion.

    Using fingers or a brush (such as the Blender Brush or Blush Brush), apply cream blush to the cheekbones and blend down towards apple of cheek.
    Layer to build until you reach your desired intensity. Apply the same color to eyelids and blend for a soft eye look. Layer multiple shades for added dimension or use one shade on cheeks and eyes for a monochromatic look.

I found the pad left it blotchy where the brush left a more natural look. After application and setti f powder, the look was great. Would buy it again. 4 stars for coverage.

      The product description says sheer coverage and it is definitely that. First of all, I ordered a color that ended up being too light. Past return date so I am going to make it work somehow. Talking about sheer.. it took me several applications to cover and smooth out slight discolorations that other similar foundation types have handled easily. Packaging is beautiful! Compact is amazing. My recommendation is to maybe order a shade or 2 up and also know that several applications may be needed.
