      This time it was a different brand of clothing that I got, it wasn’t as nice as the one I got last year and wrong size, I sent them a message explaining why I was disappointed and they went above and beyond to get me another hoodie in the size and brand that I intended on receiving. Amazing customer service and I’m thankful for that.
